As an avid runner and a torchbearer in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Tourch Relay, Louis has overcome many challenges in order to become a Certified Fitness Coach in Singapore. 

With his unrivalled dedication towards members, he constantly plans innovative training sessions to make exercising fun and engaging. 

Post-pregnancy for Linda was a huge challenge to overcome. Not only did she constantly receive derogatory remarks on her physical appearance, she also faced weight fluctuations due to her slower recovery process. Only through the support and guidance from her family and colleagues did she finally convinced her to stay determined and motivated to get back into shape. 

Today, as a Group Fitness Manager at Fitness First Fusionopolis, she hopes to share the same support to members as she had received from her loved ones.
