This Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Condition, including inquiries regarding their existence, validity or termination, which has not been settled amicably shall be referred to and finally resolved with the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (“**BANI**”) in accordance with The current arbitration rules are Law Number 30 of 1999 concerning Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution, the seat of arbitration shall be Jakarta, Indonesia.
Except where expressively stated to the contract, all content and designs of Platform and Services are protected under the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia relating to Intellectual Property Rights. All rights to the Services and the materials contained within the Platform are owned by Us. We retain and reserve all proprietary rights in and to the content of Our Services. The Platform is provided solely for your personal use, and you hereby acknowledge and agree that the Services, the Platform, and all related names, logos, product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks or service marks owned by Us. Users are not permitted to use any such names or logos in any advertisement, publicity, or other commercial manner without Our prior written consent.
We are **NOT** a health care or medical provider. The features, functionalities, services and content made available therein, including without limitation any advice, information, workouts, exercises, regimens, nutritional plans, recipes or other materials are provided for general informational purposes only, and do not constitute medical advice.
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion and from time to time, to suspend, cancel, and/or terminate your access to the Platform and/or the Services, or to discontinue or modify the Services therein, in whole or in part, including to alter, remove, or replace any feature or functionality of the Platform, for any reason whatsoever.

Fitness First reserves the right to modify and/or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The Free Trial is available to first-time visitors only.
Each individual is entitled to one Free Trial across all Fitness First branch in Indonesia.
Once a Free Trial has been used at any branch, it cannot be redeemed again at another branch.
System records are shared across all branches to prevent duplicate usage.
A valid phone number and/or identification may be required to verify eligibility.
Any attempt to register multiple accounts or use different identities will result in disqualification from the offer.
The Free Trial grants access only to facilities and services specified for the promotion period.
Access to premium areas or paid classes may not be included unless stated otherwise
The Free Trial is valid for the stated duration from the day of activation.
The offer may be withdrawn or changed without prior notice.
The Free Trial cannot be transferred, exchanged, or converted into cash or other benefits.
Fitness First reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke the Free Trial at its discretion if misuse or non-compliance with these terms is detected.
To access the Services and/or the Platform, the User understands, acknowledges, and agrees that We, or any third party appointed by Us, may need to collect, use, disclose, and/or process your personal data, including but not limited to personal identification data and location.
We shall or may collect, use, disclose, and/or process the User’s personal data for one or more of the following purposes (“**Data Purposes**”):
Registration and verification processes;
Management of the User’s account;
Personalization of the Services;
Carrying out instructions from, or responding to, the User, or communicating with the User;
Promotion and marketing activities;
Development of the Platform and/or the Services; and/or
Other purposes relevant to the provision of Fitness First Services to you.
We may be required to disclose the User’s personal data to third parties, whether located within or outside the Republic of Indonesia jurisdiction, for one or more of the Data Purposes stated above, as such third parties may process the User’s personal data for one or more of those Data Purposes. We shall take appropriate measures to ensure that the receiving organizations are legally bound by enforceable obligations to provide a standard of protection for the transferred personal data that is comparable to the level of protection afforded under the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
Protecting your privacy is of utmost importance to Us; therefore, We ensure that any collection, processing, use, storage, transfer, and disclosure of personal data shall be carried out in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, including but not limited to Law No. 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions jo. Membership is personal to the member and is non-assignable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
Prepaid membership dues, initial joining fee, administration fee and freeze fees are non-refundable and non-transferable in any circumstances.
