The turning point came when she lost 13 kg in 6.5 months, experienced improved breathing and steady energy, and successfully climbed Mount Prau and Mount Merbabu, achievements that once felt impossible. At 44, this journey marked a rebirth, with a stronger and healthier body ready for new challenges. She now sets her sights on climbing Mount Rinjani and eventually Nepal, with disciplined and sustainable preparation.
