Day 1 – Body Assessment

  1. Assess body composition and physical condition so a Fitness First certified coach can design your personalised exercise program.
  2. Class: Bike Tour
  3. Machines: 2–3 sets of 10–15 reps of Leg Press and Chest Press, or 15 minutes on the Skillmill

Day 2 – Cardio + Popular Class

  1. Machines: 30 minutes on the bike or treadmill
  2. Class: BodyPump, BodyCombat, or Gym Ball

Day 3 – Upper Body Machines

  1. Warm-up: 5–10 minutes on the rower
  2. Machines: Chest press, seated row, lat pulldown, cable machine, biceps/triceps

Day 4 – Lower Body Machines

  1. Warm-up: 10 min incline walk
  2. Machines: Leg press, leg curl, leg extension, glute machine, calf raise

Day 5 – Mind-Body Signature Class

  1. Dynamic Flow Yoga, Pilates, or Gentle Flow Yoga
  2. Optional: 10–15 min easy cycling

Day 6 – Strength Trend Class

  1. Class: HYROX Foundation, HYROX Power
  2. Cool-down: 10‑minute walk plus stretching

Day 7 – Active Recovery

  1. Light 20–30 min walk or bike
