2. Can I work out at Fitness First while travelling overseas?
Yes. A Platinum Passport membership includes the option for you to activate the use of an International Passport giving you access to 91+ Fitness First clubs across Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand for up to 30 visits per year. Activate it at reception before you leave your country.
3. Can I use all Fitness First clubs in Philippines with one membership?
Yes - the Platinum Passport membership gives unlimited access to all 9 Fitness First clubs in Philippines (3 Premium + 6 Platinum).
Fitness First memberships include unlimited gym-floor access, up to 2300+ group fitness classes to choose from every month, free-flow refreshments (coffee, tea and more), access to rest and recovery facilities such as members’ lounge, sauna and steam rooms, cold plunges at selected clubs, and more. That’s not all! All members are entitled to lifestyle rewards, discounts and perks with our affiliated partners.
5. What recovery and wellness facilities does Fitness First offer?
All clubs offer showers, steam rooms, member lounges and complimentary coffee/tea. Selected clubs like Platinum Opus also feature cold plunges/ice baths.

Fitness First Philippines offers up to 2,300+ group exercise classes monthly across all clubs ranging from Cardio, Cycling, HIIT, Mind & Body, Strength & Conditioning, HYROX and more.

As a member of IHRSA (International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association), Fitness First adheres strictly to the rules of conduct which does not encourage the sale of long term contracts as it does not benefit the end-customer. 2. How do I cancel my Fitness First membership?
You may cancel your membership at any time by giving 1 full calendar month’s notice from the first day of the month of the next month after you have completed your minimum contract period (excluding any freeze period). Please email our Member Services Team so your request can be processed.
3. Can I freeze or put my Fitness First membership on hold?
Yes. Membership freezes are granted only for medical reasons or overseas/outstation assignments longer for a minimum of 1 month, with written notice. A freeze fee applies. Please email our Member Services Team so we can process your request.
5. How old do I have to be to join Fitness First?
You must be 14 years and above to be eligible for a membership. Children who do not meet the minimum age requirement must produce a doctor’s recommendation letter to certify that they are required to exercise. This will be subject to management review and approval.
For FITPASS Kids program, children ages 8-15 are eligible to join. This program is designed to help kids get active and have fun while learning about fitness.
All membership agreements for children under 17 years of age need to be authorized and signed by a legal guardian.
1. I have questions about my membership and/or club. Who can I speak to?
Our club staff are always available to help with any questions or feedback. If you would like to speak with management, please ask the reception team for the Front of House Manager.
If they are unavailable, we will arrange for them to contact you as soon as possible. For urgent matters, your club’s General Manager is also available to assist.

You can update all your personal details through our club team or via email to our Member Services Team. They'll be happy to assist.
