Fitness First gym membership in Malaysia starts from RM185 per month on the Home Club plan (single-club access). Passport plans (multi-club access) start at RM265/month and FITPASS flexible pay-as-you-go option with no contract, start from RM65 per credit (one credit grants you one gym access or one class access). All plans have zero joining fee.
2. What is the cheapest gym membership plan in Malaysia at Fitness First?
The cheapest Fitness First membership is the Home Club plan from RM185/month, which gives unlimited access to one (1) Premium or Platinum club, up to 250 group fitness classes per month, towels, and a 4- or 12-month commitment with zero joining fee.
3. Does Fitness First charge a joining fee?
No. All Fitness First Malaysia membership plans (Home Club, Passport, and Dual Brand) have ZERO joining fees. Similarly, FITPASS has no joining fee, no contracts, and no monthly fees - you only pay for the gym access or classes you use.
4. What is a Fitness First Passport membership?
Passport membership gives unlimited access to ALL Fitness First clubs from RM265/month.
Our passport memberships also give you the option to activate International Passport to use any Fitness First gym in Southeast Asia when you travel out of Malaysia.
5. What flexible membership options does Fitness First offer?
FITPASS, our pay-as-you-go option, is our most flexible option with no contracts and no monthly fees. Access all Fitness First clubs using FITPASS credits

- FITPASS packages are available as 5, 10, 20 or 40 credits, with rates starting from RM65 per credit.

7. Are there any extras to pay for once I've joined Fitness First?
No. Your membership is all-inclusive. This means you get unlimited access to:

Personal Training is an optional add-on for members who want a personalized program and achieve results faster.

2. Can I work out at Fitness First while travelling overseas?
Yes. A Platinum Passport membership includes the option for you to activate the use of an International Passport giving you access to 91+ Fitness First clubs across Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand for up to 30 visits per year. Activate it at reception before you leave your country.
3. Can I use all Fitness First clubs in Malaysia with one membership?
Yes - the Platinum Passport membership gives unlimited access to all 10 Fitness First clubs in Malaysia
Fitness First memberships include unlimited gym-floor access, up to 3500+ group fitness classes to choose from every month, free-flow refreshments (coffee, tea and more), access to rest and recovery facilities such as members’ lounge, sauna and steam rooms, and more. That’s not all! All members are entitled to lifestyle rewards, discounts and perks with our affiliated partners.
5. What recovery and wellness facilities does Fitness First offer?
All clubs offer showers, steam rooms, member lounges and complimentary coffee/tea.

7. How many group exercise classes does Fitness First Malaysia offer?
Fitness First Malaysia offers up to 3,500+ group exercise classes monthly across all clubs ranging from Cardio, Cycling, HIIT, Mind & Body, Strength & Conditioning, HYROX and more.
You may cancel your membership at any time by providing a 1 full calendar month’s notice after you have completed your minimum contract period (excluding any freeze period). Visit your club and speak to our reception team to cancel your membership. 2. Is there a cooling-off period for Fitness First memberships?
Yes. Fitness First Malaysia provides a 14-day comfort guarantee starting from your join date. The monthly dues for the month and start-up fees will not be refunded. The unused session (Personal Training/Fitness Program/Group FireFit Class Pack purchases) will be refunded.
3. Can I freeze or put my Fitness First membership on hold?
Yes. Membership freezes are granted only for medical reasons or overseas/outstation assignments longer than 2 weeks, with written notice and supporting documents. A freeze fee applies. For further information, please speak to our reception team in-club.
4. How old do I have to be to join Fitness First?
You must be 14 years and above to be eligible for a membership. All membership agreements for children under 18 years of age need to be authorised and signed by a legal guardian.

Our club staff are always available to help with any questions or feedback. If you would like to speak with management, please ask the reception team for the Front of House Manager.
If they are unavailable, we will arrange for them to contact you as soon as possible. For urgent matters, your club’s General Manager is also available to assist.
2. How do I update my personal details and/or account details?
You can update all your personal details through our reception team. They'll be happy to assist.
