
The AIA Vitality Fitness Assessment is exclusively for AIA Vitality Members. This fitness assessment will help you understand your fitness level better and consists of the following components:
- Background Check - medical history, physical activity readiness, and fitness goals.
- Body composition analysis - height, weight, skeletal muscle mass, body fat percentage, visceral fat and more.
- Vitality Fitness Assessment (VFA) Test:
Cardio : Maximum jumping jacks in 2 minutes
Strength : Maximum push-ups in 1 minute
Core : Hold plank position for 2 minutes
Balance : Hold star pose for 2 minutes (average time of both sides)
Flexibility : Sit & Reach as far as you can
