AIA Vitality Fitness Assessment with Fitness First Malaysia

The AIA Vitality Fitness Assessment is exclusively for AIA Vitality Members. This fitness assessment will help you understand your fitness level better and consists of the following components:

  • Background Check - medical history, physical activity readiness, and fitness goals.
  • Body composition analysis - height, weight, skeletal muscle mass, body fat percentage, visceral fat and more.
  • Vitality Fitness Assessment (VFA) Test:

Cardio : Maximum jumping jacks in 2 minutes
Strength : Maximum push-ups in 1 minute
Core : Hold plank position for 2 minutes
Balance : Hold star pose for 2 minutes (average time of both sides)
Flexibility : Sit & Reach as far as you can
